Kylie will use various modalities to customize your experience by providing the best approach for you. Kylie uses a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SF), and Motivational Interviewing (MI.)

Kylie earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Behavioral Health Social Work from the University of Maryland. Her experience includes working with children and adults with varying socioeconomic and sociocultural backgrounds. Additionally, she works with individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+, ENM, Kink-friendly, and gender-affirming. She is skilled in helping individuals find their strength and motivation for change. Kylie is committed to guiding her clients to find and listen to their inner truth.
