Stephanie provides a non-judgmental, sex-positive space for clients to feel comfortable and open to sharing their challenges and lived experiences. Many clients come to Stephanie to explore and expand their connection with their own sexuality and relationships. Others seek support in regaining confidence as sexual partners. Stephanie believes that there is no “one size fits all” model to therapy and that the client is an active collaborator in the therapeutic relationship and process. Stephanie’s work is LGBTQIA+ and kink-affirming and she utilizes aspects of the Gottman Method, Sex Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Stephanie earned her dual Master’s degrees in Social Work and Human Sexuality Education with a focus in Sex Therapy at Widener University. Stephanie has experience working with adults navigating sexuality-related difficulties, including but not limited to, kink, sexual dysfunction, gender identity, and sexual orientation. Stephanie has completed advanced level 3 training in the treatment of couples through the Gottman Institute. She has clinical experience working with couples navigating communication challenges, desire discrepancies, and consensual non-monogamy.
