By normalizing sex as a natural part of the human experience, Kristen helps people see that much like taste in food, sexual desires and pleasures can change throughout life. Kristen\u2019s training in Clinical Sexuality allows her to help couples and individuals in both the relationship dynamics and the physical aspects of their relationships. Having an understanding about where clients want to go helps Kristen tailor therapy sessions to help move relationships to a positive and fulfilling place.<\/p>\n<p>You may find working with Kristen helpful if you are\u2026<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Struggling to set goals for your relationship and\/or sexual interactions.<\/li>\n<li>Finding it challenging to balance your sexual relationship with yourself or a partner due to changing life circumstances such as parenthood, relationship status, or hormonal shifts.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in pelvic floor therapy and seeking coinciding talk therapy.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">A couple hoping to improve your sex life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kristen got her PhD in professional counseling from Widener University in 2011. She uses principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients make peace with who they are and embrace the changes they would like to see in their lives. Her therapeutic style is both supportive and directive, and believes that her job as a therapist is to support and guide you in achieving the life you
