Kylie uses a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SF), and Motivational Interviewing (MI.)<\/p>\n<p>Kylie believes that therapy allows us to begin to recognize and untangle the web that holds us back. Her experience includes working with children and adults with varying socioeconomic and sociocultural backgrounds. Additionally, she works with individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+, ENM, Kink-friendly, and gender-affirming. She is skilled in helping individuals find their strength and motivation for change.
